1. Operator and scope
Auto Arena 3D is developed and operated by kimbosub, who is also the privacy contact. Send game and website privacy requests to alsgudrla799@gmail.com.
Effective 15 September 2026. This notice covers the game and auto-arena-3d.pages.dev for users in South Korea, Japan, the United States and the United Kingdom. Availability of advertising features may vary with the installed app version.
2. Information stored on your device
The game stores Story and Endless Expedition progress, units and equipment, Memory Shards and upgrades, unlocks, ad reward processing records, and language, sound and tutorial settings on your device. This supports continued play and prevents duplicate rewards.
The game has no account registration, operator-hosted save uploads or built-in cross-device cloud synchronisation. The operator cannot remotely access your local save files. Information you choose to attach to a support email is handled separately.
Deleting the app may remove local data. Data remaining in operating-system backups and possible restoration depend on Apple and device settings. The operator does not offer restoration from a server backup.
3. Information you send to support
When you email us, we process your sender address, display name, message and any device details, game version, time, images or video you choose to attach. We use them to investigate, respond and diagnose problems, not to create advertising mailing lists.
Contacting support is optional and is not required to play. We may be unable to investigate a particular issue without enough information. We do not ask you to send identity documents, account passwords or payment details.
4. Rewarded ads and Google services
Rewarded ads are optional and used only for Memory Shop rewards and doubling the rewards earned in an Endless Expedition. There are no automatic startup, banner or Story battle/result ads. You can continue playing without watching ads.
App versions with the consent integration request a consent-information update from Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) at launch. When you request an ad, the app completes any required consent flow and initializes Mobile Ads only when Google’s SDK permits an ad request. Consent-information or ad failures alone never award a reward.
Google Mobile Ads may process IP addresses (including an estimated general location), device/app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and performance/diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The game does not request ATT tracking permission and disables Publisher first-party ID; this does not stop all SDK processing.
Where a privacy-choice entry point is required, use “Ad privacy choices” in the game settings. Available choices depend on your region and Google’s requirements. If you decline personalized advertising, non-personalized or limited ads may still be provided where permitted.
Where Google’s consent form lists advertising partners, you can review their names, purposes and individual privacy notices and make your choices there. The partners involved may vary by region, consent choices and ad request.
5. Providers and international processing
Game progress files and Memory Shard balances are not uploaded to an operator-run server. Google’s SDK processes ad-related information, Gmail receives support messages, and Cloudflare Pages delivers website files and videos.
Google AdMob: Google and relevant affiliates process advertising and consent information. Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) is the provider identified in the advertising terms applicable to South Korean publishers. Google uses international servers, including in the United States. Network processing occurs during consent updates and ad requests/display; retention depends on data type, purpose and legal needs under Google’s policies.
Gmail: Google LLC (United States) and relevant service entities process email addresses, names, message content and attachments to deliver and store mail. Messages pass through Google’s international infrastructure. We delete our messages and downloaded copies within 90 days of resolution; Google’s backup deletion follows its own procedures.
Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) may process IP addresses, request URLs/times and browser/connection data for delivery and security. Requests use its global network; Cloudflare states that information is primarily stored in the United States and the EEA. Its retention and transfer safeguards are described in the policies linked below.
Providers process information according to their respective roles and policies. Send only what is needed for support. You can decline/change available ad consent choices and contact us about deletion, restrictions or international processing. Refusing processing necessary for a requested feature may limit that support, ad or web feature.
6. Using the support website
The official website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We have not added account registration, a server-submitted support form, website ads or a separate visitor-analytics script. Email links open a draft in your mail app; you choose whether to send it.
Language is selected through the URL path. Copying the support template writes text to your device clipboard only when you press the button. We do not set our own advertising-tracking cookies. Cloudflare security features may use security cookies depending on the connection.
7. Requests and regional information
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent concerning support information we hold. We verify identity only as needed and respond under applicable procedures and deadlines. If a request is restricted, we explain why.
We use information needed to respond to your requests and for legitimate service operation and security. Advertising processing that requires consent follows the relevant consent process. We cannot directly access or delete local-only saves or information independently held by a third party.
- South Korea: applicable rights include access, correction, deletion, stopping processing and reporting privacy infringements.
- Japan: applicable rights include disclosure of retained personal data and provision records, correction, and cessation of use or deletion.
- United Kingdom: where applicable, rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may complain to the ICO.
- United States: depending on residence and legal applicability, rights may include access, deletion, correction, opting out of targeted advertising or related processing, and appealing a decision.
8. Children and young people
The game is a general-audience game aimed mainly at teenagers and adults, not designed primarily for young children. It does not collect dates of birth or identity documents and does not automatically determine a player’s age.
A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information through support may request deletion by email. If we learn that a child’s information was processed without a lawful basis, we take the necessary steps, including deletion.
9. Retention, deletion and safeguards
Local game information stays on the device and may be removed by an in-game reset or app deletion. Operating-system backup retention and restoration depend on Apple and your device settings.
Access to support information is limited to those handling the enquiry. We delete emails, attachments and separately downloaded copies within 90 days of resolution, using deletion methods intended to prevent ordinary recovery. Information subject to an actual legal retention duty is retained separately for the required period.
The website uses HTTPS. We use access controls and data minimisation to protect information, but cannot guarantee prevention of every data loss or security incident.
10. Updates and contact
When this notice changes, we update its content and effective date. New processing or changes requiring consent will be preceded by the appropriate notice and process.
